To the Courages of The God's Lion

You always the one who responds to the calling of the Prophet Muhammad ( pbuh ) .

Since you were young, you show your braveness amongst the Quraish, faithfull to your cousin - the God's prophets and simultanously protect Him.

Follow Him - the prophet of Allah (pbuh) everywhere He goes, It looks like the child Camel to his mother.

The only fear you have were only towards God The Almighty.

The enemy of God were shivering once Your name mention.

In the battle field almost half of the enemies batalyon killed by your Zulfiqar.

In your daily life , you play with the orphans, kind to the widows and show your tenderness towards your family as well as to others people surround you.

What a attribute you attains, firm towards the enemies and love with tenderness towards others no matter religions they have.

The characters that all the Ummah of Muhammad should have.

Always keep the TRUTH where ever, when ever, with who ever you were.

Ohh...the master of the Truth... keep me always with you - beside you.

Guide me always toward your Lord - place me near you when you worship your Lord.

Ohh...the Lion of God, give me a courage that you always attain, so I could be your truth follower - fighting the God's enemies to keep our ISLAMIC value spreading all over this earth.

So, your grand son- Al Hujjah atfs - Al Muthazar Al Qaim will reapperance soon.

May Allah Azzawajjala will hasten His reapperance.

I really beg you, please always pray for me.

How WATER is related to weight LOSS

Water Contains Zero Calories


Because the calorie-content of water is zero, drinking water instead of milk, fruit juices or regular sodas helps to lower the calorie content of your diet and thus helps weight reduction. That said, water contains no nutrition either. By comparison, soft drinks like milk and fruit juice have significant nutritional content. Milk is a good source of calcium and protein, while citrus fruit juice (like orange or grapefruit juice) is an excellent source of vitamin C. In fact, one glass of citrus fruit juice can meet all your daily vitamin C needs.

Water Can Fill You Up

Some dieters find it helpful to drink a glass of water when they feel hungry between meals, or just before a meal. However, I do not recommend this as a regular appetite-reduction tactic. Firstly, because hunger is an important indicator of low blood sugar, which water can do nothing to correct. And if blood sugar falls too low, it can lead to irresistible urges to eat junk food. Secondly, drinking water purely to fill up your stomach is merely an artificial short-term measure which does nothing to help create the sort of eating habits that are essential for long term weight control.

Nutritional Alternatives to Water

If you wish to increase your fluid intake, a good option is to eat more fruit, like any citrus fruit. As stated above, as well as being rich in water, these foods are highly nutritious and rich in fiber. They help to fill up your stomach, satisfy your sweet tooth and boost your intake of vitamin C.

Eating fruit is definitely a great eating habit to increase your chances of losing weight without regain.
Low Sodium Diets Reduce Water Retention

The body maintains a healthy fluid balance by a complex cell mechanism involving sodium, potassium and other electrolytes. In simple terms, if you eat too much salt (sodium) you will retain more water, leading to weight gain. Anyone who suffers from fluid retention and accompanying swelling (edema), especially women who experience premenstrual symptoms (PMS) or obese men with high blood pressure, is advised by dietitians to follow a low sodium diet (eg. the DASH diet). Ideally, limit your intake to 1000 milligrams of sodium per day, until the water retention eases.


Low Carb Diets Reduce Water Retention

Very low carb weight loss plans also reduce fluid retention, but not in a healthy way. In simple terms, because carbohydrate binds with water in the body, the fewer carbs you eat the less 'water weight' you carry. To many dieters this sounds a very effective way of reducing weight. Unfortunately, as soon as you return to eating a normal diet, the water weight returns. Meantime, by not eating healthy carbohydrate, most low carb dieters run an increased risk of nutritional deficiency. Best Way To Reduce Excess Fluid Retention

Here are three tips to reduce unnecessary water retention.

- Reduce your sodium intake, (to 1000-3500 mg per day).

- Raise your calcium intake, (to 1200-1350 mg per day).

- Drink plenty of fluids, (8-10 glasses of water per day).

- Eat plenty of diuretic fruit and vegetables.

- The healthier your daily diet, the less water retention you'll have.

Ya Imam, you are among us but I cannot see you
In today's world, with you are but a few
How I wish I was aware of your presence
I long to see you establish your essence
The filth of my sins has veiled your face from my sight
I wait to see the face of your Noor shining bright
I long for you to rescue the state of our Ummah
And revive the Holy Prophet's Sunnah

To pour patience, love, compassion and guidance into our hearts
We've inflicted ourselves with so many diseases, growing faults
How ashamed you must be of our state
How do we expect to meet you at this rate?

Ya Imam, please don't neglect us the way we've done
May we employ ourselves in your service instead of run

Ya Imam, we're not worthy of asking for you to reappear
For Allah knows how we'll behave when you're here.

Today I write this letter and say I'm with you because I know I should
But the day you arrive will I commit the way I said I would?

There is so much dirt on my soul
I long to once again become whole
So much cleaning of my life to do
I want to purify myself in a lasting state of Wudhu
Yet the time ticks and my death nears
And I think about all my sins and my mind craws with fears
Has the time come too fast and my chance too late?
I wish I could tell the Angel of death to wait...

Ya Imam, I wish to have Iftar beside you
To pray Fajr alongside you
Serve in your government
Smell your scent
Help your establishment

May Allah help me provide strength to your army
You are the Hujjat that is protected through Allah's grace
The Imam of our time for every race
How we live in oblivion and forget our responsibility
And commit sins with such audacity

Imam, help us gather ourselves and call you with sincerity
Why are we commercialized into society?
I feel trapped and suffocated in corruption
Help me escape this junction
You are our oxygen
My hope to function
We await the chance to be by your side
While in occultation you hide

We await for the oppression to end
While you await us to change our ways and mend

We await you, Ya Imam
Until then we send our Salaam.

Knowledge, Faith , and the Awakened Soul

Awakening is the result of an illumined mind and a living soul. The mind is illuminated by the rays of knowledge, while a soul is enlivened by the warmth of faith. The awakening determines our response to the stimuli from our environs, which gestures towards the recognition of Our Destination. An awakened mind comprehends these signs and understands them logically to reach the truth. Awakening is the sine qua non for any good change to happen in the conditions of a community. Knowledge, faith, and awakening are very deeply inter-related. Each affects the other, and each has its share in the evolution of personality or a society. Knowledge illumines the path, while faith provides zeal and gusto to continue the travel despite hardships and hurdles, and awakening is the result of both and affects the both.

Sadr al-Din Shirazi, popularly known as Mulla Sadra, propounds that the purpose of all other branches of sciences is to serve the divine knowledge. According to him, the ultimate end of man's physical devotions and spiritual ascetic practices is the obtainment of knowledge and attainment of sciences, and every kind of knowledge or science but the divine knowledge and demonstrative science, the negligence of which, along with their opposing ignorance, could incur an evil end and an everlasting perdition.

He says: "My Dear! Know that the ultimate fruit of the human practices and movements, physical or spiritual, and the end of all thoughts and spiritual transitions, in states or sciences, is the free knowledge which is qualified by no fetter and the sciences, which is served by all yet serves none. Other sciences are derived from it, as the effect is derived from the cause and the branch from the source. It is the divine knowledge or the lordly art that is served by all other sciences and kinds of knowledge; it is their origin, and is the end and purpose of all crafts and industries and the corner stone of all of them; 'In the name of God, it shall set sail and cast anchor." (11:41) All other sciences and crafts are its slaves and servants."

There are different levels of awakening, and each level has a corresponding level of knowledge and faith intertwined. The beginning is from acquiring the understanding and recognition of self and the environs around, and the end is recognition of His lofty status and complete unconditional submission before His Absolute might. This is a travel of soul through different stages. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says about those who have advanced on this journey: "Knowledge has given them real insight; they have imbibed the spirit of conviction; they consider easy what the people living in ease and luxury consider difficult; they are familiar with what the ignorant have aversion to; their bodies are in the world but their souls are in high heaven."

Heedlessness, which is the opposite state of being awakened, makes a human being, who otherwise has been armed with power of intellect by its Creator, worse than animals:

"And certainly We have created for hell many of the jinn and the men; they have hearts with which they do not understand, and they have eyes with which they do not see, and they have ears with which they do not hear; they are as cattle, nay, they are in worse errors; these are the heedless." (7:179)

The Holy Qur'an at numerous places reprimands the ones who have blinded their eyes and have ignored all sources of guidance:

"Have they not travelled in the land so that they should have hearts with which to understand, or ears with which to hear? For surely it is not the eyes that are blind, but blind are the hearts which are in the breasts." (22:46)

"And the blind and the seeing are not alike." (35:19)

"And the blind and the seeing are not alike, nor those who believe and do good and the evil-doer; little is it that you are mindful." (40:58)

"What! Can you then make the deaf to hear or guide the blind and him who is in clear error?" (43:40)

"Those it is whom Allah has cursed so He has made them deaf and blinded their eyes." (47:23

This blindness which the heedless and corrupted ones have imposed upon themselves leads them into further deviation, and the end result is the ruin in the both worlds.

Knowledge and faith, when combined together, yield good results. The separation of one from the other leads to evil. The knowledge contained in a crooked heart is like a torch in the hand of a thief or a weapon in the hand of a criminal. The present superpowers have knowledge but lack in faith; the result is exploitation and persecution of the weak. On the other hand, when faith is combined with ignorance, it leads to deadly results. In the period of Imam Ali, the Kharjites, and in our age, the Taliban are typical examples of this phenomenon we see. Where faith is devoid of knowledge, the bigotry and brutality is born.

A beautiful statement from Imam Ali highlights the purpose of attaining knowledge: "Conviction has also four aspects to guard oneself against infatuations of sin: to search for explanation of truth through knowledge; to gain lessons from instructive things; to follow the precedent of the past people, because whoever wants to guard himself against vices and sins will have to search for the true causes of infatuation, and the true ways of combating them out and to find those true ways one has to search them with the help of knowledge; whoever gets fully acquainted with various branches of knowledge will take lessons from life, and whoever tries to take lessons from life is actually engaged in the study of the causes of rise and fall of previous civilizations." In Islamic history, the rise and fall of Muslims has been in sync with rise and fall of knowledge and faith. Muslims rose with the rise in levels of knowledge and faith and declined with the decline in levels of knowledge and faith.

Doa harian di bulan Rajab

Dengan nama Allah Yang Maha Pengasih lagi Maha Penyayang.

Ya Allah, aku memohon-MU melalui kandungan doa yang di ujarkan oleh para pemegang urusan dan perintah-MU ketika memohon-MU, mereka terpercaya ( memegang ) rahasia-MU, mereka yang berbahagia ( mendapat ) perintah-MU, mereka yang selalu mengakui kuasa-MU, mereka yang menampakkan keagungan-MU.

Aku memohon-MU melalui ketentuan kehendak-MU kepada mereka, mereka yang KAU jadikan tempat menyimpan ( rahasia ) kalimat-kalimat-MU dan pondasi utama gerbang keesaan-MU melalui ayat dan posisi terhormat-MU yang tak kenal alpa di setiap tempat, dengan ayat dan kedudukan itu.

Orang yang ingin mengenal-MU pasti mengenal-MU, tiada perbedaan antara Engkau dan mereka, hanya saja mereka adalah hamba dan makhluk-MU. 

Segala urusan mereka berada di tangan-MU , mereka berasal dari-Mu dan akan kembali kepada-MU adalah kepercayaan, saksi, pengayom, pelindung, penjaga dan pemimpin ( agama-MU ). Karena mereka, Kau penuhi langit dan bumi-MU dengan seruan menggema " Tiada Tuhan Selain ENGKAU " . Melalui semua itu, kemuliaan rahmat-MU, kedudukan dan tanda-tanda kekuasaan-MU.

Aku memohon-MU agar KAU anugerahkan shalawat kepada Muhammad dan keluarganya, KAU tambahkan iman dan ketegaranku.

Wahai Yang Maha Batin dalam ketampakanNYA dan Maha Dzahir dalam ketersembunyianNYA
Wahai Pemisah antara cahaya dengan kegelapan
Wahai Yang tak dapat disifati karena hakikatNYA
Wahai Yang di kenal tanpa penyerupa
Wahai Pemberi batasan kepada setiap keterbatasan
Wahai Saksi setiap yang tampak
Wahai Pengada setiap keberadaan
Wahai Penghitung setiap hitungan
Wahai Pemusnah setiap yang musnah
Tiada yang layak disembah kecuali ENGKAU
Wahai Pemilik kebesaran dan kedermawanan
Wahai Yang tak terbentuk dan tak dibatasi tempat
Wahai Yang tersembunyi dari setiap mata
Wahai Yang Maha Kekal
Wahai Yang Maha Berdiri Sendiri dan Yang Mengetahui setiap keberadaan
Anugerahkanlah shalawat kepada Muhammad dan keluarganya, kepada hamba-MU yang terpilih, umat-MU yang tertutup tirai, para malaikat-MU yang dekat ( dengan-MU ), para malaikat yang tak berbicara namun berbaris dan selalu siap ( menerima perintah-MU).

Berkahilah kami di bulan yang Agung Mulia ini dan di bulan-bulan setelahnya,

Anugerahkanlah kami di dalamnya, bebaskan kami dari sumpah di dalamnya, demi Asma-MU yang Agung dan Mulia jika KAU letakkan Asma-Mu dia atas siang, ia akan bercahaya, ( jika KAU letakkan ) di atas malam, ia akan gelap. 

Ampunilah dosa kami yang KAU ketahui sedangkan kami tidak mengetahuinya
Lindungilah kami dari dosa dengan sebaik-baiknya perlindungan
Cukupkanlah kami dengan ketentuan-MU
Karuniakanlah kepada kami baiknya pengawasan-MU
Jangan KAU serahkan kami kepada selain-MU
Jangan KAU cegah kami untuk meraih kebaikan-MU
Berkahilah umur yang telah KAU tentukan bagi kami
Perbaikilah apa yang tersembunyi di dalam diri kami

Anugerahkanlah kepada kami pengamanan
Jagalah kami dengan sebaik-baik iman
Sampaikanlah kami kepada bulan puasa dan hari serta tahun-tahun setelahnya,
Wahai Pemilik Keagungan dan Kemuliaan.

The Shia of Al Baqir as

Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (peace be upon him) was born on the first day of Rajab, in the year 57 AH. As Shias, we take great pride in the religious and academic contributions of our Imams, in particular Imam al-Baqir, who laid the foundation for Shia jurisprudence in the holy city of Medina and served as teacher and mentor to many scholars and thinkers of other schools of Islamic thought. As we commemorate his birthday this week, let us take a moment to ponder on our identity as Shia Muslims, and how the Imam himself describes his true Shias and followers:

"Our Shias fear Allah and obey Him. They are humble and pious. They pay the trust. They praise Allah very much. They perform the prayers and the fasting. They obey the parents. They take care of the poor neighbors, the needy, the debtors, and the orphans. They are truthful in talking. They recite the Qur'an. They hold back their tongues from (speaking against) people except good. Thus, they are the custodians of their tribes over all things." (Tuhaf al-Uqool)

"Your strong one should help your weak one. Your rich one should be kind to your poor one. The man should be loyal to his brother as he is loyal to himself. Keep our secrets. Do not force the people to follow us. Consider carefully our affair and what has been mentioned on our authority. If you find it in agreement with the Qur'an, then put it into effect. If you find it contrary to the Qur'an, then leave it. If you doubt the affair, then stop and ask us to explain it to you." (Diya al-Amilin)

"The Shias of Ali, peace be on him, sacrifice their lives for our authority. They love each other, for they love us. They visit each other to enliven our affair. When they become angry, they do not do wrong. When they are pleased, they do not go too far (in pleasure). They are a blessing for him who is their neighbor them. And they are peace for him who associates with them." (Tuhaf al-Uqool)

"Recite my greetings to my Shias. Order them to fear Allah, the Great. Their rich one should visit their poor one. Their sound one should visit their ill one. Their living one should attend the funeral of their dead one. They should meet each other in their houses. Indeed their meeting each other enlivens our affair. May Allah have mercy on the one who enlivens our affair and puts into effect the best of it. Say to them: We will suffice nothing for them with Allah except through the good deed. They will not obtain our intercession but through piety and hard work. Indeed the most intense of all people in regret on the Day of Judgment is the one who describes a certain deed, and then he does other than it." (Uyun al-Akhbar wa Funun al-Atha)

"Does it suffice for one who claims to be our follower to just express his friendship with the members of the Holy Household? I swear by God that no one is our true follower unless he fears God and obeys Him. Our followers are known for their humbleness and frequent remembrance of God; fasting; praying; helping the orphans, the needy, the ones in debt, and needy neighbors; reading the Quran; and talking properly with the people. They have always been trustworthy in their tribes. O' Jabir! Do not let the various sects affect you. Do you think that it suffices for one to say that he likes Imam Ali and he is his follower, but does not do anything to support his claim? Or he says that he likes the Prophet, who is even better than Imam Ali, but does not take his example and follow his deeds and act according to the Prophet's tradition? Just having love for the Prophet is of no use for him. Therefore, fear God, and act in such a way as to attain what is near God, since there is no relation of kin between God and anyone. The one most loved by God is the one who is the most pious, and the noblest one is the one who fears God and obeys Him. I swear by God that it is not possible to get close to God unless by His obedience, and we do not hold the key to relief from the Fire of Hell, and no one has any authority over God. Whoever is obedient to God is our friend, and whoever disobeys God is our enemy. No one can attain our friendship unless by having nobility and piety." (Tuhaf al-Uqool)

"[Our Shias] are like strong fortress, their chests are trustworthy, they are men of prudence and self-control, they are not extravagant, they are neither oppressors nor ostentatious, they are devoted worshippers at night and brave like lions during the day." (Mishkat al-Anwar)

"The servant who loves us, Allah will raise him from the dead with us. Religion is nothing except love (for us). Surely, Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, said in His Book: 'Say: If you love Allah, then follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you your sins.'" (Uyun al-Akhbar wa Funun al-Atha)

"No one is our Shia except by the fear of God and His obedience, and they are not recognized except by their humbleness, reverence, trustworthiness, and abundance of remembrance of God." (Tuhaf al-Uqool)

The Golden Heritage need to be revived..

Apabila kita telusuri para Arif, para pakar ilmu pengetahuan terdahulu setelah wafat Rasulullah saww, atau pada masa-masa setelah para Imam Suci Ahlul Bayt as, mereka itu adalah pengikut setia Rasulullah saw dan Ahlul Bayt as. Menghidupkan tradisi ilmu dan science yang bersumber dari Al Qur'an al Karim dan sunnah Rasulullah saww. 

Para inventor ilmu pengetahuan seperti,dalam bidang Kedokteran, Astronomi, Arsitek, Fisika, Kimia, semua adalah mukminin yang sangat setia pada Rasulullah dan Ahlul Bayt Rasulullah as. Sebutkan saja, siapa, dari ilmu Matematika spt Al-Jabar adalah Jabar al Anshori, Ibn Sina- Avicena ( pakar ilmu kedokteran ) , Jamshid ibn Masoud al Kashani - Astronomer dan ahli Matematika, Arsitek mesjid dan bangunan penting di kota terindah Iran - Esfahan- Muhammad ibn Husain Ameli ( yang terkenal dipanggil Syekh Baha'i) dan masih banyak lagi.
Mereka semua ahli di bidang ilmu pengetahuan juga mumpuni dalam ilmu Fiqih, Teologi dan Filsafat dan pembuat Puisi ternama di dunia. Belum lagi seperti Ibn Arabi, Mulla Sadra, Jallaluddin Rumi , Hafiz, Sa'di, Ferdowsi dan masih banyak lagi. Itulah mereka selain terkenal sebagai 'Scientist International' juga ahli dalam bidang Fiqih dan Filsafat Islam. Selama hidupnya mereka mengabdi untuk masyarakat dengan sumbangan ilmu pengetahuan yang sampai kini kita dapat rasakan, karena mereka melakukan itu semua demi kecintaan mereka pada Allah SWT, Rasulullah saww dan Ahlul Bayt as.

Tetapi sayangnya, kebanyakan orang-orang di zaman sekarang ini tidak mengenal siapa sesungguhnya mereka - para pakar ilmu pengetahuan terdahulu tsb. Adapun apabila mereka tahu, tetapi mereka tidak mengenalnya secara mendetail. mengapa mereka begitu mendedikasikan dirinya pada ilmu pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat pada zamannya . Hanya sampai disitu mereka mengenal para Arif tersebut. Hanya pada karya-karyanya semata. Tak pernah diperhatikan di balik itu semua - apa rahasia keberhasilan mereka. Sesungguhnya para Arif ( scientist ) tersebut sangat berkhidmat pada Allah SWT, RasulNYA serta Ahlul Bayt Rasulullah saww , karena mereka sangat paham dan sadar bahwa kewajiban mereka di muka bumi ini adalah untuk TAAT pada Allah dan taat Rasul dan kepada para Imam Ahlul Bayt as ( QS 4 : 59 ). Mereka selain banyak yang hafiz Qur'an juga ahli fiqih, jadi mereka sangat mengamalkan apa yang di wajibkan dalam Al-Qur'an. Tidak ada satupun dari mereka yang tidak 'paham' akan Al Quran, mereka sangat menjalankan sunnah Rasulullah - mengikuti para Ahul Bayt Rasulullah as.

Sebagai buahnya mereka menjadi harum namanya dan hasil karyanya dapat bermanfaat untuk memakmurkan bumiNYA. Rahasia dari keberhasilan para Arif terdahulu adalah mereka selalu menjalankan dan menjaga tradisi Nabi Muhammad saww dan keluarga suci beliau as. Selalu berkeinginan mengeksplorasi apa yang ada di bumiNYA juga di dalam dirinya, sehingga termanifestasi lah ayat-ayatNYA ( tanda-tandaNYA) dalam diri-diri mereka . 

Itu semua demi kepentingan penjagaan bumiNYa dan makhlukNYA. Semua mereka kerjakan dengan penuh kesadaran dan pemahaman yang mendalam akan diriNYA, sehingga tugas mereka di muka bumi ini terpenuhi- sebagai hambaNYA yang berkhidmat.

Dengan kemajuan zaman sekarang, teknologi canggih yang hanya membuat kita bukannya malah mengingatNYA - Sang Maha Pencipta, tetapi malah melupakan Yang Menciptakan diri kita sehingga membuat kita juga sangat tergantung pada hasil ciptaan kita sendiri dan menjadikan diri-diri kita sebagai saingan sejati diriNYA...Sungguh sangat mengenaskan...apa yang sudah kita lakukan pada Yang Maha Pengasih dan Maha Penyayang, Yang telah Menciptakan kita dari yang hina menjadi mulia??? ....

Para inventor teknologi sekarang yang kebanyakan dari dunia Barat yang tidak mengenal agama dan Tuhan, mereka berkarya hanya untuk kepentingan diri dan kelompoknya saja. Jauh dari keinginan Tuhannya, hasilnya malah menghancurkan bumi ini, lihatlah apa yang sedang terjadi sekarang ini!!! bukalah mata kita....sadarkah kita semua apa yang terjadi di sekitar kita?
